Hi! My name is Isaac May. I’m the owner of Expat Realty Cuenca. Thank you for visiting!
If you’re like many of my clients, you’ve struggled to find your new home here in Cuenca. It’s not easy, especially if you don’t speak much Spanish. And it’s not just the language barrier. There’s the Ecuadorian bureaucracy to deal with as well.
I’m fully fluent in Spanish, so I can walk you past the language barrier. And I’ve closed many deals here in Cuenca, so I know what needs to happen to slice through the bureaucracy for you as well.
And I do it with integrity, honesty and a strong work ethic. I ensure that every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed so that you enjoy a pain-free purchase process. That’s especially important here in Ecuador, where the slightest mistake or omission can delay a closing.
A Little Bit About Me
I moved to Cuenca in June 2011. Since then, I’ve lived in several different areas of the city, so I know the personality and vibe of each area. I also lived in various parts of Ecuador and can tell you Cuenca is where you want to be!
I quickly became bilingual after meeting the woman who is now my wife. During my years here, I have developed many local contacts, both Cuencanos and expats. So if I don’t already have it listed, I likely know someone who can find the house, condo or rural property to suit the lifestyle you want to enjoy here in Cuenca.
